    Welcome to AADHIRAN VENTURES. Our architectural and design services are governed by the following terms and conditions, which you agree to adhere to upon engaging our services. The Firm commits to delivering architectural and design services as outlined in a written contract, specifying the scope of work, fees, and timelines. Payments are to be made according to the specified schedules and methods; failure to comply may result in service suspension or contract termination. Any alterations to the project scope require written agreement and may lead to additional fees or project delays. Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights for architectural and design concepts remain with the Firm. Confidentiality of project-related information is mutually agreed upon. While striving for high-quality deliverables, the Firm does not guarantee specific outcomes. Contract termination requires written notice, settling outstanding fees and deliverables. Events beyond the Firm's control absolve liability for delays. The Firm's liability is limited to service fees and excludes consequential or incidental damages. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as mutually agreed. Governed by CMDA and regional norms, these terms and conditions supersede prior agreements and may be updated, with clients duly notified of changes.
